Bill Pilat Lacrosse Camp Information and Reservation Form
Nice Guys Limo and Bill Pilat Lacrosse Camp work together to provide safe
transportation for your child. Upon arrival, your child will be met by a
certified Nice Guys Limo chauffeur at the bottom of the escalator in the baggage
claim area of the airport. They will be holding a greeting sign that reads "Bill
Pilat Welcomes" and the student's first and last name. If your child is not
located in a timely manner, the chauffeur will page the student by his/her first
and last name, and contact the airline office. If the child cannot be located,
the chauffeur will not leave the airport until a parent or guardian has been
contacted and gives consent to do so. Be sure to provide our Reservation Staff
with your contact numbers (cell/home/office on the form below) so we can contact
you, should it be necessary to reach you. If necessary, based on your child's
age, we recommended that the parent/guardian make special arrangements with the
airline to escort your child to our Nice Guys Limo chauffeur who will be
identified by his ID Card and greeting sign. We will take custody of your child
while transporting him/her to the lacrosse camp. He/She will travel via Private
Sedan (3), SUV (4), or Custom Conversion Van (5-6),depending on the number of
students that are traveling to the Bill Pilat Lacrosse Camp in Delray Beach,
Florida. Upon reaching the school, our Nice Guys Limo chauffeur will release
your child to the Lacrosse Camp staff.
When your child(ren) depart from Bill Pilat's Lacrosse Camp, Nice Guys Limo will
arrive and assist with their personal items and safely take them to the airport.
*If necessary, based on your child's age, we recommend that the parent/guardian
make special arrangements with the airline for the release of your child from
our chauffeur to the airline attendant. When dropping minor children off at the
airport, the Nice Guys Limo Chauffeur will wait with the children until the
flight leaves the gate.
